We use fixed fees for the majority of our work, paid monthly by Direct Debit. This ensures you have peace of mind knowing how much to budget for, and there are no surprises.
Our fixed fees also include unlimited email and telephone support, as we would rather that you call us with a query than worry about it! This means that we can help you to make better decisions, in a timely manner, which could have a huge impact on your business.
Your business is unique, and therefore so is the fee that we will charge you. We will have a discussion about the services that you and your business require over the next year (which can be altered mid-year if required.) We then agree a fee proposal to cover that work and spread the cost equally over the twelve months. Monthly invoices are raised on Xero (yes we use it too!) and are payable by Direct Debit to ensure continuity of service.
Our proposals are reviewed at least annually to ensure that your business is still receiving all the services that you need. Any additional services or one-off work requests that arise during the year can be added onto the proposal, again with the fee agreed in advance. We are not the ‘cheapest’ accountant in town, but we believe that a quality personal service is a worthwhile investment. Our fees are calculated on a number of factors including the services you require, the frequency of these services, how much input you will require from us, and the volume of monthly transactions (if applicable).
